Article 1: Introduction

These general conditions of sale apply to all orders placed on the site of SKYGEAR.

Therefore, the placing of an order in SKYGEAR worth the acceptance of these terms and conditions.

These conditions of sale can be modified, the applicable conditions are those in effect on the website at the time of placing your order.

Article 2: Contract 2.1 Conditions to place an order

To order, the customer will have  to identify using the form made available where it will include the information necessary for identification, name, phone number, mailing address, delivery address etc. All fields are mandatory.

Article 3: Price, availability and delivery

The prices displayed on the website SKYGEAR are indicated in euros all taxes included French (French VAT and other applicable taxes), excluding postage costs.

We can accept your orders within the limit of available stocks. After placing your order, we send you an email confirming it. If, despite our vigilance, the items are unavailable, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Our delivery time is 48 hours, this from the start of the control of our premises, however within the limit of available stocks.

These delays have a purely indicative and we could not be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to our carrier. Delivery times are expressed in working days for a delivery in metropolitan France.

Orders are shipped in Collisimo followed by post. SKYGEAR is released from its obligation of delivery in cases of emergency and accidental force, even in cases of strike inside the company, commotion or acts of war. SKYGEAR book in the world, delivery is subject to customs duties which are imposed when the package reaches its destination. These customs duties and possible taxes related to the delivery of an item are your responsibility and your responsibility. We are not required to check and inform you of customs duties and taxes.

Article 4: Returns

The customer has a withdrawal period of 3 month from receipt of the item to return, at its expense SKYGEAR, products for refund.

Upon exercise of the right of withdrawal, the customer will have the option of requesting either a refund of his order, except the cost of return it has committed, or the exchange of goods (the shipping costs committed to this new expedition remaining dependent).

Any request for exchange or refund must be made by post or email. All internal parts will be reversed if the packaging has been opened.

We will ask you to attach a photocopy of the invoice. References to "the recipient by prepaid" or "against reimbursement" will be refused.

Article 5: Payment Method

For orders we only use the Paypal / Payplug / Bank transfer payment.

Article 6: product warranties

SKYGEAR guarantee its products for a period of 2 tears against defects in technical components.

Defective products must be returned for exchange depending on the circumstances. The transshipment costs being borne by the customer.

Article 7: Costs of shipments

Shipping costs depend on the locality.

Delivery of products is made to the address mentioned by the Customer on the order form, by Colissimo.

 

Delivery delay:

The package is dispatched the same day after receipt of payment from the Customer if it's the morning or it is shipped the next day if the payment
is received in the afternoon. Delivery is usually made within 2 days, in metropolitan France.

Article 8: Retention of title

SKYGEAR remains owner of the delivered goods until the full payment of their price, under the provisions of the Act of 12 May 1980. The failure by the customer of its payment obligations for any reason whatsoever to give the right SKYGEAR to demand the immediate return of goods delivered to the expense, risk and peril of the customer.
